Lato is a Nashville-born ice cream brand rooted in the spirit of the Tennessee growers we work with. We’re inspired by the ease of a European summer: fruit eaten at its peak, simple food made well, and long afternoons spent outdoors.
We blend real fruit ice cream to order with ingredients from the farms around us. Our menu follows the seasons, changing as the harvest does, and our cart goes wherever the neighborhood gathers.
